We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator to support our team's daily operations. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for internal staff and external visitors, managing everything from meeting schedules to office inventory. Core Responsibilities
Office Management:
Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining a clean workspace, ordering office supplies, and coordinating equipment repairs. Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, manage incoming/outgoing mail, and respond to general email inquiries. Scheduling: Coordinate staff calendars, arrange travel logistics, and book meeting rooms or event venues. Documentation: Prepare and edit reports, memos, and presentations; take detailed minutes during meetings. Records Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems, ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive company data. Finance Support: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks like processing invoices, reconciling expense reports, and tracking budgets. Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred for senior roles). Experience: Proven success in an administrative or office support role. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and aptitude for learning new software. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organization: Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently. Preferred QualificationsExperience with project management or CRM tools. Previous experience in bookkeeping or HR administration. Bilingual or multilingual skills.
