Responsibilities:
• Manage office records and documentation
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
• Assist in administrative and clerical tasks
• Coordinate meetings and appointments
• Maintain office files and records
• Support management in daily office operations
Requirements:
• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor's degree preferred
• Good communication and computer skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Prior office administration experience will be an advantage
