Description
We are seeking an experienced Odoo Expert who can implement, customize, and optimize Odoo modules—especially Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, HR, and CRM. The ideal candidate must have a strong accounting background and the ability to translate business processes into Odoo workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure Odoo modules based on client requirements
Customize workflows, reports, and dashboards
Integrate accounting processes including chart of accounts, VAT setup, journal entries, and financial reporting
Provide user training and post-implementation support
Migrate data from existing systems to Odoo
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with technical teams
Requirements
Proven experience implementing Odoo (minimum 2–3 years)
Strong understanding of accounting principles (UAE VAT knowledge preferred)
Ability to map business processes into Odoo
Experience with Odoo Studio, custom modules, and APIs is a plus
Good communication and client-handling skills
ACCA, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
