Network Management: Design, configure, and manage core network devices, including high-capacity routers, switches, and firewalls, to ensure maximum performance and uptime.
Protocol Expertise: Implement and maintain advanced routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and ISIS, as well as MPLS-based services like L2/L3 VPNs.
Capacity Planning: Monitor network performance and analyze traffic trends to anticipate future capacity needs and proactively scale the network infrastructure.
Troubleshooting: Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex network issues, including handling high-priority incidents and outages.
Network Security: Implement and enforce robust security policies, including firewall configuration, DDoS mitigation, and access control mechanisms.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors and telecommunications partners to resolve issues, perform software upgrades, and test new equipment.
Project Execution: Participate in network expansion projects, service integration, and technology migrations from planning and design through to execution.
