We are hiring an Shopify E-commerce Customer Support Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Confirm online and WhatsApp orders
• Manage Shopify orders efficiently
• Handle WhatsApp groups
• Prepare and submit daily reports
• Track orders on a daily basis
• Call, chat, and assist customers by providing complete product information
• Excellent Grip in Excel
Compensation & Benefits:
• Basic Salary: PKR 20,000 – 30,000 each month
• Commission on each order + Performance Bonus on achieving targets

• Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
