WE ARE HIRING — SITE SUPERVISOR
Arslan Engineering & Builders is looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team.
Position: Site Supervisor
Company: Arslan Engineering & Builders
Location: Lahore
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
* Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and instructions.
* Manage and coordinate labour and subcontractors.
* Monitor material usage and maintain proper site records.
* Ensure quality of work and compliance with safety standards.
* Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and management.
* Prepare daily progress updates and report site issues to management.
* Ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.
Requirements:
* Relevant experience in construction/site supervision.
* Good knowledge of construction work, drawings, and site procedures.
* Ability to manage labour and subcontractors effectively.
* Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
* Relevant diploma/DAE or construction-related qualification will be preferred.
