About Us:
Aveva Constructions specializes in Facade Restoration, Roofing & Waterproofing, Concrete, Sidewalk & Vault, and Interior Remodeling projects across New York. We’re looking for a skilled estimator who can deliver accurate and efficient quantity takeoffs using Bluebeam and PlanSwift.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Bluebeam Revu and PlanSwift (required).
Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
Experience in one or more of the following: facade, roofing, concrete, or interior construction.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working with contractors or construction firms in New York.
Familiarity with restoration or waterproofing projects.
