Ibrahim Real Estate Marketing is seeking dynamic and motivated female individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a CSR, you will have the exciting opportunity to interact with potential clients who have shown interest in our real estate marketing services through our Facebook campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with these leads over the phone, provide them with information about our plans and services, and guide them towards making informed decisions about their real estate investments.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport over the phone
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn about the real estate industry
