Role Overview
We are seeking a Draftsman who can prepare accurate construction drawings and also manage sites The candidate should have both technical drafting skills and practical site management experience
Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural and structural drawings in AutoCAD or similar software
Create 2D and 3D models as required
Coordinate with architects engineers and project managers
Manage and supervise sites to ensure construction matches design and drawings
Revise drawings based on site conditions and project needs
Ensure adherence to construction standards and codes
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in civil drafting architecture or related field
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software
Strong knowledge of construction drawings and site supervision
Experience with residential and commercial projects preferred
Good leadership and communication skills for site management
