I am hiring an individual, multitalented Assistant (male or female) to support me in my personal online freelancing setup. This is not an office—just my private setup. I need someone organized, a fast learner, and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
Assist with client communication (chat/email/calls) and basic customer support
Manage schedules, follow-ups, and simple administrative tasks
Help with online research, data entry, and document preparation
Support on various freelance projects as needed (training provided)
Maintain a professional, positive attitude in all customer interactions
Requirements:
Good English (spoken and written) with confident customer dealing
Strong multitasking and problem‑solving skills
Basic computer literacy: MS Office/Google Workspace, email, and chat tools
Reliable, honest, and willing to learn
Prior online skills (e. g. , social media, basic design, content editing, e-commerce, or VA work) are a plus
