Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Data Entry Specialist. This role involves managing customer interactions, data entry tasks, and overseeing various aspects of inventory and stock management within a medical distribution setup.
Responsibilities:
Customer Dealing: Interact with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Provide assistance and guidance regarding product information, availability, and order status.
Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data related to inventory, orders, and customer information using specialized software or databases.
Ensure data integrity and completeness while adhering to established protocols.
Computer Knowledge: Utilize strong computer skills and a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Hospital Pharmacy, Medical Store, or distribution setups.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for efficient data management and customer interaction.
Stock Management: Oversee stock levels, conducting regular monitoring and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Monitor product expiry dates, implementing procedures to manage expirations effectively.
Manage goods receiving processes and generate accurate invoices for transactions.
Requirements:
5-10 years of experience in a Hospital Pharmacy or Medical Store.
Proficiency in computer operations and data entry.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
