Description
Responsibilities:
-Manage performance of all retail kiosks/outlets
-Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets
-Supervise, coach, and develop retail teams
-Monitor inventory levels and stock availability
-Ensure consistent customer experience across locations
-Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards
-Analyze sales reports and implement improvement plans
-Coordinate kiosk openings, relocations, and closures
-Control operational costs and improve efficiency
-Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
-Resolve operational issues and customer escalations
-Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to support business goals
Requirements
3–5+ years of retail operations experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in sales analysis and reporting
Willingness to travel across retail locations
Experience in fragrance, cosmetics, fashion, or FMCG retail preferred.
