Dessi Cuisine, a newly established restaurant, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations and build a high-performing team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Position: Restaurant Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage end-to-end restaurant operations
Lead, train, and supervise staff to ensure peak performance
Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain service standards
Plan staff schedules and ensure smooth team coordination
Manage inventory, procurement, and stock control efficiently
Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and financial reporting
Implement strategies to improve sales, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Candidate Requirements:
5–10 years of proven experience in restaurant management
Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Professional mindset with excellent decision-making ability
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
