Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manager – Operations to lead sales administration, documentation, and post-sales processes for our Warehousing Project. The successful candidate will ensure seamless coordination between Sales, Rentals, and Customer Relations, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
· Documentation & Contract Management: Oversee the end-to-end documentation process for Warehouse Sales and Rentals, including the preparation and management of Reservation Forms, Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs), Addendums, and Payment Schedules. Will be managing and supervising the Project Security and Surveillance.
· Compliance & Regulatory Oversight: Ensure all documentation and registration activities strictly adhere to the project’s juristic requirements and local warehousing regulations.
· Data Integrity: Maintain comprehensive and accurate physical and digital records. Manage client databases to ensure real-time reporting and data reliability.
· Legal & Sales Administration: Supervise the issuance of critical documents, including receipts, No Objection Certificates (NOCs), Transfer Letters, and other legal instruments.
· Financial Coordination: Monitor customer payment milestones and collaborate closely with the Finance Department to facilitate timely invoicing and collections.
· Logistics & Supply Chain Integration: Apply a deep understanding of logistics processes and operational algorithms to optimize warehouse utilization.
· Reporting & Strategy: Support Senior Management by generating Management Information System (MIS) reports, sales forecasts, and interactive operational dashboards.
Candidate Profile
· Experience: Proven track record in operations management, specifically within warehousing or real estate.
· Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of shipping lines and logistics workflows; established connections within the shipping industry are highly preferred.
· Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM/ERP systems and advanced MS Excel for data management.
· Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on high-level customer relations and stakeholder management.
