A leading fast-food chain is looking for an experienced, energetic, and result-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee
operations at our Gujranwala branch. If you have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a track
record of boosting sales, we want you on our team!
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven work experience in the food/hospitality industry.
• Location: Must be a resident of Gujranwala.
• Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking abilities, and a calm demeanor under stress.
• Technical: Familiarity with restaurant management software and a basic understanding of accounts.
• Focus: Highly result-driven with a strong commitment to meeting sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily routine operations (Sales, Purchases, Inventory, Quality Control).
• Supervise, organize, and allocate responsibilities to shift staff for maximum efficiency.
• Hire, train, and mentor team members.
• Maintain compliance with PFA (Punjab Food Authority), cleanliness, sanitation, and safety regulations.
• Manage vendor supplies and ensure ingredients are received in correct quantities.
• Maintain daily consumption reports to control food costs and minimize wastage.
• Implement proper storage protocols and strictly inspect food ingredients for freshness.
• Address maintenance issues, renovations, and faulty equipment promptly.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
