WE’RE HIRING | FACILITY & MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
DHA Phase 5, Lahore
We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Facility & Maintenance Supervisor for a premium indoor sports & wellness facility.
Main Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage the daily cleaning staff
• Assign duties, shifts and cleaning areas to housekeeping staff
• Ensure washrooms, courts, changing areas, common areas and other facilities remain clean at all times
• Conduct regular inspections throughout the day
• Maintain cleaning supplies and monitor stock levels
• Ensure staff attendance, punctuality and proper performance
• Coordinate minor electrical, plumbing, AC and general maintenance issues
• Contact and supervise technicians/vendors when repairs are required
• Report any facility or maintenance issues to management immediately
• Ensure the entire facility is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
Requirements:
• Previous experience supervising housekeeping, cleaning or facility staff
• Strong team management and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of general maintenance
• Responsible, punctual and attentive to detail
• Experience in a hotel, gym, sports club, mall or similar facility preferred
