ZM Express is Hiring – Customer Support & Operations Executive
Location: 6th Floor, Office 626, Gul Tijara Center, Saddar, Karachi
Salary: Rs. 20,000 – Rs. 25,000 (Based on experience & performance)

Job Responsibilities:
Handle client queries via WhatsApp & calls
Book parcels and coordinate with courier partners (TCS, Leopard etc. )
Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
Support daily fulfillment & dispatch operations

KPIs (Your Daily Targets):
Response Time: Under 2 minutes (WhatsApp & Calls)
⏱ Query Resolution: Within 30 minutes during shift
Task Completion: 95%+ assigned tasks done daily
Error Rate: Less than 2% in bookings & operations
Customer Satisfaction: At least 90% from feedback

Ideal Candidate:
Strong communication (Urdu & basic English)
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel & Google Sheets
Hardworking, organized, and reliable
Prior experience preferred but not mandatory
