Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and personable female Customer Service and Reservation Agent to join our team at Tour Operator company As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting with hotel reservations through our online booking portal. Your primary focus will be to engage with our network of agents, coordinate meetings, and effectively communicate the offerings and services of our company.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel industry is desirable but not essential.
Training will be provided for the right candidate who demonstrates the necessary skills and enthusiasm for the role.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position based at our DHA PHASE 2 Branch office.
Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate client needs and time zone differences.
