Description
We are looking for a proactive and problem-solving Courier Coordination Officer to manage courier operations and ensure smooth order deliveries.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with courier companies regarding shipment issues
• Resolve delayed, stuck, lost, or returned shipments
• Track daily dispatches and delivery performance
• Follow up on undelivered and failed delivery orders
• Maintain courier-related reports and records
• Coordinate with warehouse and customer support teams
• Ensure timely delivery of customer orders across Pakistan
Requirements:
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to handle courier and logistics issues professionally
• Good knowledge of courier operations and shipment tracking
• Experience in e-commerce logistics preferred
• Proficient in Excel and basic reporting
• Responsible, organized, and result-oriented
Preferred Experience:
• Experience dealing with courier companies such as Leopards, TCS, M&P, Call Courier, Trax, Rider, etc.
