Limo Dispatcher Needed — Office Based (Rass BPO)
Rass BPO is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Limo Dispatcher to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at problem-solving, and have strong communication skills — we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Coordinate and assign jobs to chauffeurs efficiently
Monitor vehicle movement & ensure on-time pickups/drop-offs
Communicate with clients, drivers, and internal teams via call, text, and email
Resolve issues promptly to maintain top-tier customer satisfaction
Maintain trip logs & update dispatch software in real time
Ensure chauffeurs follow company policies and schedules
Requirements
Prior dispatching experience (Limo or transportation preferred)
Excellent communication & multitasking abilities
Proficient in dispatch software (LimoAnywhere or similar)
Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick decisions
Flexible with shift timings (weekends/holidays may apply)
Knowledge of NYC, Long Island & tri-state area routes (preferred)
