Description
We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to help us recruit students. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, running, and optimizing social media ad campaigns (primarily Facebook & Instagram) to generate high-quality student leads and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, set up, and manage targeted Facebook & Instagram Ad campaigns.
Generate qualified student leads and drive admissions.
Monitor ad performance, optimize budget, and improve ROI.
Handle initial lead routing and tracking.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Facebook Ad Manager and social media marketing.
Prior experience in student recruitment or lead generation for educational institutes is a plus.
Strong understanding of audience targeting, ad creatives, and lead conversion.
Ability to work independently and meet lead targets.
Job Details:
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Remote / Work from Home available)
Salary: PKR 20,000 – PKR 30,000 per month
Incentives: Attractive commission per registered student
