Three options available for interested one.
Option #1: On 50% profit & lose Share basis.
1. This sharing will be only for running business, not for sharing machinery or other assets.
2. Preference will be given to those, who have experience and working in DHA, Bahria town, CBR, Soan Garden, PWD, Jinnah Garden and other part of Islamabad.
3. Security will be deposited 300,000/=

Option # 2: On the basis of Sharing of Assets
1. i can offer free of cost electricity, Suzuki Pickup vehicle and machinery. if some one offer free labour + Fuel + repairing cost of vehicle & Machinery.
2. Surf and other liquid soups & Rent will be shared on 50% mutually.
3. Security will be deposited 300,000/=
Option # 3. Purely available for rent.
Details: The rent of the place is 43000/- and 40,000/- will be given to me for using Machinery and place (Note: Solar Electricity and Suzuki Pickup are not available in this deal4).
1.02 Kanal open space for drying of clothes and 15 marla covered area for offices, labour room, kitchen, Washing Area, Pressing Area & Sorting Area.
