Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
* Tender monitoring and tracking
* Prepare reports and trackers using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Handle routine office administration and documentation.
* Follow up with distributors across Pakistan regarding orders and outstanding payments.
* Coordinate with field medical representatives regarding sales activities, customer visits and assigned tasks.
* Maintain sales, payment and distributor follow-up records.
* Organise invoices, delivery challans, purchase records and other business documents.
* Provide regular operational updates to management.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting or a related field.
* One to two years of relevant experience is preferred.
* Experience in inventory, stock management, office administration or sales coordination.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
* Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
* Pharmaceutical or distribution-sector experience will be an advantage.
* Candidates should preferably live within a 3 km radius of Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi.
* No fuel or transportation allowance will be provided.
