Description
We are looking for a proactive IT Technician with 2–3 years of relevant experience to manage and support our IT infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, maintaining networks, and providing user support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Provide technical support and training to staff.
Manage user accounts, data backups, and system security.
Ensure regular updates, patches, and IT documentation.
Requirements:
2–3 years of proven experience in IT support or technician role.
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, and cybersecurity basics.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
