Job Title: Inventory & Operations Assistant
Location: Rawalpindi / Islamabad
Salary: Rs. 35,000 – 55,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Weekly Off: 1 day per week
Probation Period: 2 months

Job Description
We are looking for a trustworthy, responsible, and dedicated Inventory & Operations Assistant for long-term employment. The selected candidate will manage daily inventory operations using company-provided software, conduct weekly stock taking, handle incoming phone calls, and assist with social media promotions.
Complete training on the company's inventory management software will be provided. Fresh graduates who are willing to learn and build a long-term career with the company are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily inventory and maintain accurate stock records using company software.
Record stock received, sold, issued, or transferred in the system.
Conduct weekly physical stock taking using the software and identify any discrepancies.
Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items, missing items, or inventory differences to management.
Handle incoming phone calls professionally and respond to basic customer inquiries.
Assist with social media promotion, including posting product updates, promotional offers, and company-approved content.
Maintain accurate records and assist with daily operational and administrative tasks.
Follow company procedures and maintain the confidentiality and accuracy of business records.
Requirements
Education: Intermediate, I. Com, B. Com, or Bachelor's degree.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory management software.
Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
Basic familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
Honest, punctual, detail-oriented, and responsible.
Looking for a candidate who values job stability and is interested in working with the company for the long term.
Previous experience in inventory management, stock handling, customer service, or social media is an advantage but not mandatory.
Training & Probation
Complete training on the company's inventory management software will be provided.
The first two months will be a probation period to evaluate performance, accuracy, punctuality, responsibility, and overall suitability for the role.
Benefits & Working Conditions
Monthly salary: Rs. 35,000 – 55,000, depending on skills and suitability.
Lunch provided by the company.
One weekly day off.
