Description
Most small shops still run on paper registers, calculators and memory. That works until the stock count is wrong, a bill goes missing, or nobody remembers how much a customer still owes.
This software puts the daily work of a shop in one place: products and stock, billing, customer payments, customer khata (ledger) and reports. It is made for any business that sells products, keeps stock and lets some customers pay later. That can be a grocery store, pharmacy, mobile shop, clothing store, hardware shop, auto parts shop, cosmetics store, stationery shop or a wholesale business.
How it helps in daily work
Billing is quick. Search a product, enter the quantity, add discount or tax if needed, and save. Take full or part payment. The invoice number is made automatically and the stock goes down on its own.
Invoices look professional. Your shop name, logo, address and footer message are on every invoice. Print it or save it as a PDF.
Stock stays under control. Save each product with its price, unit, category and supplier. The dashboard warns you when an item is running low, and every change in stock is recorded.
Customer khata is clear. Add an old balance for customers who already owe you. The ledger shows every bill and payment with the balance after each line. Filter by date, print it, or download it to Excel.
Collecting money is easier. Record a payment against a bill or an old balance, print a receipt, and see which bills are more than 30 days old.
You see the whole shop at a glance. The dashboard shows today's sales, money received, pending amount, who owes you the most, best sellers and a sales chart. Sales, stock and customer balance reports are included.
Your shop, your settings
Set your own shop name, logo, currency, tax rate and units (piece, kg, box, dozen, litre and more). Nothing is fixed to one type of business.
Safe to use
Passwords are stored encrypted. The login locks after too many wrong tries and logs you out when you are away. An activity log shows who logged in and what changed. It is also protected against common attacks such as SQL injection and fake forms.
Technical details
PHP 8, MySQL or MariaDB, Bootstrap 5. Runs on XAMPP on a normal PC or on any PHP hosting. It opens in any browser on a computer, tablet or phone.

Good to know
It has one admin login and is made for a single shop. Staff accounts, multi-branch support and barcode scanner support are not included, but I can add them as custom work.
