We are looking for inbound call center operators . We are based in bahria town phase 4.
we are looking for night shift operators only.
As a Customer Support Executive your duties may include the following:
Answering telephone calls and making taxi bookings for customers.
Delivering a high level of professional customer service at all times.
Providing quotations to customers.
Allocating bookings to drivers within time frames and driver locality.
Dealing with customer complaints.
