Key Roles & Responsibilities for HR Manager:
Recruitment for Creative Editors:
- Cultivating relationships with potential candidates from top universities.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including talent scouting, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, and handling offer processes and onboarding.
- Overseeing hiring-related posts on LinkedIn.
People Management:
- Facilitating team building activities and training sessions.
- Formulating HR policies.
- Managing day-to-day operational tasks related to people management, such as maintaining leave records and addressing employee concerns.
