**Our Client:** A Chemical Manufacturing Unit
Our client is seeking an experienced and capable **HR Manager** to lead and manage human resources functions within its organization.
### Education
* **MBA in Human Resources (MBA HR)**
### Experience
* **Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources**, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong experience in **Human Resources Management and Human Resources Development**.
* Proven expertise in **Talent Acquisition and recruitment**.
* Hands-on experience in **Performance Management and employee development initiatives**.
* Strong understanding of **HR policies, compliance, and employment regulations**.
* Experience in managing employee relations and supporting organizational development.
### Key Skills & Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee HR management and development activities.
* Develop and implement effective talent acquisition and workforce management practices.
* Manage performance management systems and employee development programs.
* Handle employee relations, HR policies, and administrative matters.
* Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
* Support management in developing a productive and positive organizational culture.
* Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
