Key Responsibilities
Review CVs and conduct candidate interviews.
Post job vacancies on relevant platforms.
Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
Monitor the performance of the HR team.
Resolve recruitment-related issues and guide team members.
Coordinate with management regarding hiring targets and progress.
Provide regular recruitment and performance updates.
Requirements
team-management experience is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Basic knowledge of online recruitment platforms.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Fresh candidates with strong communication and leadership skills may also be considered.
