We are looking for a dedicated and responsible HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to manage employee records and recruitment tasks.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting in recruitment and selection process
Maintaining employee files and attendance records
Supporting daily HR operations
Managing job postings and shortlisting candidates
Coordinating interviews and onboarding
Requirements:
Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree
Basic computer and MS Office skills
Good communication and organizational skills
