Finance and HR ( Female)
*Preparing invoices and membership fee requests.
*Preparing data for accounting, budgets, audits etc.
*Preparing and signing contracts.
*Sending documents for signature and follow-up.
*Support with administrations documents.
*Handling of bank documents and registrations.
*Liaising with financial service providers, including bank and accounting etc.
*Verifying providers (tenders, offers, contracts, etc. ).
*Engaging in the management of finances related to projects and ensuring effective financial analysis across projects.
*Producing and preparing reports for internal and external use.
. *Assisting the Head of Finance in all matters required, including travel.
Job requirements
Minimum of 1 years of experience in HR, financial and office management.
Good knowledge of employment law.
Good people skills.
Ability to prioritise in a busy environment.
