HIRING — HR Manager
Work From Home | PKR 60,000 + Bonus
Digital Gravity is a digital marketing
agency hiring an experienced HR Manager
to lead our recruitment operation
across Pakistan.
You will manage a team of HR Assistants,
oversee the full hiring process, conduct
final interviews, and ensure the right
people join our team on time.
This is a leadership role.
You must have managed people before.
What we need from you:
Minimum 2 years HR or recruitment
experience
Experience managing a team
Basic understanding of digital
marketing — knowing what Google
reviews, GMB, and social media
mean for a business is a plus
Strong English and Urdu both
Organized and deadline driven
Comfortable conducting video
call interviews
Familiar with Google Sheets
or any tracking tool
Laptop and stable internet at home
Available 9AM to 6PM Mon to Sat
What you will do:
Manage and review HR Assistant
daily work
Shortlist and interview candidates
for Sales Executive and Closer roles
Make final hiring decisions
Onboard new team members
Submit weekly hiring report
What you will earn:
PKR 60,000 base salary every month
Performance bonus on hiring targets
Growth opportunity as team scales
We are not looking for:
People with zero team management
experience
People who have only done admin work
People not comfortable on camera
People who cannot meet deadlines
