Description
We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to handle hostel marketing, admissions,monthly receivables and recoveries, stocks managment and overall operations.
Key Duties:
- Physical marketing & social media management (Digital Marketing}
- Handle visitor's queries and Guide the information seekers to convert into leads.
- Ensure rent recoveries , prepare monthly receivable lists
- Kitchen stock managment & hygiene supervisions
- Residents query handling if not handled by wardons
- Ensure all facilities are intact and resolve any issues incurred.
- Make decisions and give directions
- Expense control & profit improvement
- Staff coordination & branch visits
- Employees managment
- Monitor overall Hostel Operations.
Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor's degree (Marketing/business}
3-5 years experience of hostel/hotel operations.
Strong digital marketing knowledge{Mandatory}
Follow-up skills , Honest, responsible and field oriented.
Must have skills to handle clients.
