## Job Description
We are urgently looking for a responsible, educated, and dedicated **Hostel Supervisor & Teacher** to manage a boys' hostel in Mochi Gate, Lahore.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising hostel activities, maintaining discipline, and providing teaching support to students. The candidate must be willing to live in the hostel with the boys for **6 days a week**.
### Responsibilities
- Supervise daily hostel activities and maintain discipline.
- Teach students and assist them with their studies.
- Ensure a safe, organized, and supportive living environment.
- Monitor students' daily routines and academic progress.
- Manage day-to-day hostel matters responsibly.
### Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree (Graduate).
- Responsible, trustworthy, and well-disciplined.
- Good teaching and communication skills.
- Willingness to reside in the hostel 6 days a week.
- Ability to manage and guide boys effectively.
### Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary: **PKR 40,000 – 50,000**
- Hostel residence required as part of the job.
