Description
We are looking for motivated and professional Home-Based Call Representatives to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, and providing excellent support.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls in a professional manner.
Provide information about products and services.
Handle complaints and resolve customer issues.
Maintain accurate call records and reports.
Work with team leads to achieve targets.
Requirements:
Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong communication skills in English and Urdu (other languages are a plus).
Previous call center / customer service experience is an advantage.
Must have a PC/Laptop, headphones, and stable internet connection.
Ability to work independently from home.
Flexible to work in different shifts.
