### What You Bring to the Table (Requirements)
You don't need to be a master developer yet, but you should have a solid foundation to build upon:
* **Basic WordPress Knowledge:** Comfortable navigating the dashboard, understanding pages vs. posts, and basic settings.
* **Front-End Basics:** HTML5 and CSS3 are your friends. You should understand how a page is structured and how to style elements.
* **Curiosity & Drive:** A strong desire to learn, experiment, and adapt to modern development tools.
### What You Will Learn & Do (The Training Program)
This isn't a "get us coffee" internship. You will receive hands-on training in high-value, future-proof skills:
* **Advanced WordPress Development:** Move beyond page builders to understand the core architecture of WordPress.
* **AI-Driven Development:** Learn how to leverage advanced AI tools to write clean code faster, troubleshoot errors, and optimize your workflow.
* **Theme & Plugin Creation:** Move from a user to a creator. We will train you to build custom WordPress themes and functional plugins from scratch.
