As we expand, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Upwork Bidder to join us full-time on-site to help drive our growth by securing new projects. Role Overview: The Full-Time Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new projects through Upwork. This role involves researching potential projects, crafting compelling proposals, and maintaining excellent communication with potential clients. Your contributions will be essential to building our client base and establishing our reputation in the industry. Key Responsibilities: Identify Opportunities: Actively search for and identify potential projects on Upwork that align with our services and expertise. Craft Proposals: Write customized, persuasive proposals that highlight our strengths and address the specific needs of each client. Client Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with potential clients through Upwork messages and video calls to understand their requirements and build relationships. Follow-Up: Monitor the status of submitted proposals, follow up with clients to secure projects, and handle any queries or negotiations. Collaboration: Work closely with our development and design teams to gather information required for accurate and detailed proposal submissions. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities to refine our bidding strategies and improve proposal success rates. Reporting: Keep detailed records of all bids, communications, and project statuses, and provide regular updates to management on bid performance and success rates. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Upwork bidder or in a similar role within the software development industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to write clear, compelling, and tailored proposals. Understanding of software development processes, technologies, and industry terminology. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously. Proficiency in using Upwork and other freelancing platforms. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven attitude.
