(About the Role)
I’m looking for a responsible and professional video editor for my finance niche YouTube channel (targeting a U. S. audience).
These are not faceless videos — I’ll provide recorded videos of myself explaining finance topics in English.
Your job is to turn them into engaging, high-retention videos using real B-rolls (not AI), clean visuals, and professional editing techniques.
(Requirements)
Must be responsible, consistent, and detail-oriented.
Should have a strong grip on attention to detail and good English listening skills to ensure accurate cuts, captions, and sync.
Must know how to create attractive, eye-catching thumbnails — not AI or cartoon-style.
Expert-level editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or any similar professional software. Experience person and person who has worked on English Content is preferred and also Who have good experience
Ability to create fast-paced, engaging edits suitable for a U. S. audience.
Experience with finance, educational, or business-related content is preferred.
Understanding of YouTube pacing, trends, and viewer retention is a must.
B-rolls must be real and not AI-generated.
(Editing Tasks Include)
Professional color grading
Smooth B-roll integration
High-quality visuals & stock footage
Dynamic captions/subtitles (accurate and well-timed)
Clean transitions & animations
Engaging sound design & background music
Jump cuts and pacing for high retention
Eye-catching thumbnails with emotional appeal and strong CTR potential
(Workload)
Around 30 videos per month
Each long video: 12–15 minutes max
From each long video: create 4–5 YouTube Shorts
I’ll usually provide 7 videos every Sunday — edits should be delivered same day or next day.

(Other Requirements)
Must provide a sample edit (video + thumbnail) before final selection.
Only serious and skilled editors should apply.
No beginners or low-quality work.
Must communicate clearly, meet deadlines, and deliver professional-quality results.
