We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager for one of our valued clients. This role requires a skilled professional who can oversee IT operations, ensure smooth ERP implementation, and maintain a secure and efficient network infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain LAN/WAN setup, including switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Oversee server configuration, system diagnostics, and performance monitoring.
Utilize network monitoring tools (e. g. , SolarWinds) for proactive maintenance.
Implement and manage cloud computing and data storage systems.
Lead ERP implementation projects and ensure seamless integration.
Develop and enforce IT policies, security standards, and backup procedures.
Provide user training, technical documentation, and system support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Supply Chain) for ERP-related activities.
Ensure disaster recovery readiness and business continuity planning.
Supervise IT support staff and coordinate troubleshooting efforts.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Systems Engineering.
Proven experience in Project Management and IT systems oversight.
Skills & Experience:
2–5 years of experience in IT or network support roles.
Hands-on expertise with hardware/software installation and troubleshooting.
In-depth knowledge of routing protocols, VPNs, switches, and firewalls.
3–7 years of experience in ERP implementation or consulting.
Familiarity with disaster recovery planning and network monitoring tools.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Experience managing cross-functional technical projects.
Vendor-specific ERP experience will be an added advantage.
