We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth order processing, and providing excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Shopify Order Management: Process, manage, and track daily orders through the Shopify dashboard to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
WhatsApp Chat Handling: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide polite and helpful support via WhatsApp.
Courier Management: Coordinate with logistics partners, generate shipping labels, track parcels, and manage any delivery delays or return issues.
Requirements:
Prior experience with Shopify and e-commerce order fulfillment.
Strong written communication skills for professional WhatsApp interactions.
Familiarity with local courier portals and shipment tracking.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
