We're hiring a Hotel/Guest House Manager (Female) to ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities include staff management, financial optimization, and maintaining safety.
Vaccancy is only for applicants currently residing in the Islamabad area near to E-11 Sector Islamabad

Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations: front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.
Uphold high service standards and guest satisfaction.
Develop efficient policies.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
Analyze finances and boost revenue.
Handle inventory and procurement.
Address guest inquiries and complaints.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth guest experiences.
Stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
2 years of hotel management experience.
Strong leadership and communication.
Proficiency in hotel software and Microsoft Office.
Experience with Airbnb/Booking. com apps.
Ability to ensure the guest house operates as full board consistently.
Good communication skills in english also required
