Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations for Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, TikTok Shop, and eBay accounts.
Handle order processing, inventory management, product listings, and customer service inquiries.
Monitor and analyze sales, performance metrics, and growth opportunities across platforms.
Coordinate with teams to optimize product listings, run promotions, and drive traffic.
Oversee financial transactions, including sales tracking, refunds, and managing payments.
Resolve any ad-hoc issues or tasks that may arise in the day-to-day operations.
Ensure smooth operations on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as necessary.
Collaborate with teams to address any urgent tasks or challenges promptly.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, TikTok, and eBay).
Demonstrable record of success with previous e-commerce roles, including performance metrics.
Strong understanding of platform-specific tools and features.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to handle financial responsibilities with accuracy and integrity.
Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to present reports.
Must be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Additional Information:
Competitive salary based on experience.
A guarantor will be required, as the VA will handle financial aspects of the business.
Flexibility for occasional weekend support is essential to ensure smooth operation.
Working Hours: 9:15 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday as required)
