Description
We are looking for a tech-savvy Retail Ecommerce Manager & Representative to run the day-to-day operations of our digital games distribution business. In this role, you will be the backbone of our store—managing product listings, keeping track of game keys and inventory, and making sure our customers get their digital purchases smoothly.
If you love gaming, excel at organizing data, and know your way around online marketplaces, you will fit right in.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
Manage Product Listings: Upload, update, and maintain digital game listings across our e-commerce platforms and retail channels. Ensure pricing, descriptions, and regional availability are accurate.
Inventory & Key Management: Use spreadsheets to track, organize, and manage batches of digital game keys (Steam, Epic Games, PlayStation, Xbox, etc. ).
Order Fulfillment: Monitor incoming retail and wholesale orders, ensuring digital delivery systems are running perfectly.
Analyze Sales Data: Keep tabs on what is selling. You will track daily/weekly sales trends and stock levels to help us decide which games to restock.
Customer Support Support: Step in to resolve customer issues regarding missing keys, region-lock questions, or payment hiccups.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
Tech-Savvy & Game-Aware: You don't need to be a pro gamer, but you must understand the digital gaming ecosystem (e. g. , how game keys work, platforms like Steam/Epic, launcher region restrictions).
Spreadsheet Mastery: Strong hands-on experience with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. You should be comfortable sorting data, filtering, using basic formulas (like VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP), and keeping sheets clean and organized.
Excellent Written English: Your communication must be clear, professional, and grammatically correct. You will be writing product descriptions, talking to suppliers, and helping customers via email or chat.
Highly Organized: Digital distribution moves fast. You need to be someone who doesn't lose track of codes, numbers, or emails.
Adaptable: Comfortable learning new e-commerce tools, inventory management software, and security tools quickly.
Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points)
Previous experience working with digital products or software distribution.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) or marketplaces (Kinguin, G2A, Eneba, Plati & GGSel etc. ).
