Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our in-house development team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining multiple existing applications, troubleshooting technical issues, and developing new modules and features based on evolving business requirements. The candidate must have a strong command of both frontend and backend development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage multiple web and application-based systems Develop new modules, features, and functionalities as per project requirements Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently Improve system performance, scalability, and security Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and implement solutions Perform testing, deployment, and ongoing application support Maintain proper documentation of development processes and updates Requirements: Strong grip on full stack development concepts and practices Proven experience in frontend and backend development Experience working with databases, APIs, and third-party integrations Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience preferred Preferred Technical Skills: Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue. js, or Angular Backend: PHP, Laravel, Node. js, or similar frameworks Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB Version Control: Git/GitHub Familiarity with server management and deployment processes is a plus Work Arrangement: Full-time in-house position Office Location: Lahore Competitive salary package based on skills and experience
