Salary: 25,000 + ₱300 / 300Pkr commission per closed deal
Working Hours: 8.5 hours per day
Day Off: 1 day per week

About the Role

You’ll be the digital voice of our company, guiding customers, solving tech issues, and helping clients find the right solutions.
Your Daily Mission
Engage with clients through real-time chat and deliver exceptional support
Troubleshoot IT-related issues or escalate to the tech team when needed
Convert inquiries into successful sales — and earn commission!
Keep accurate chat logs and reports
Collaborate with teammates to meet daily and monthly goals
What We’re Looking For
( Optional ) Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
( Optional ) Strong knowledge or interest in IT, tech, and digital tools
( Optional ) Previous experience in customer service or chat support (bonus!)
( Optional ) Multitasking skills and a proactive attitude
Passion for helping others and achieving targets
