As a Co-Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring timely client communication, actively seeking new client opportunities, and contributing to content creation and rewriting tasks. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a diverse range of clients across platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and various social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond promptly to client inquiries and messages to maintain excellent client satisfaction.
2. Actively search for and engage with potential clients to expand our client base.
3. Collaborate with the team to generate innovative ideas for content creation and rewrites.
4. Produce high-quality written content that aligns with client needs and specifications.
5. Assist in managing and updating client portfolios and project documentation.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance client offerings.
7. Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all client interactions.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in content writing and rewriting.
Familiarity with Upwork, Fiverr, and various social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
Prior experience in client management or client acquisition is a plus.
