Senior Graphic Designer
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the conceptualization and design of visual assets for various digital and print media, including but not limited to branding materials, marketing collateral, website graphics, and social media content.
• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines, ensuring alignment with overall brand identity and messaging.
• Translate creative briefs and concepts into compelling visual solutions that effectively communicate key messages and evoke desired emotions or actions.
• Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and best practices, incorporating innovative ideas and approaches into your work to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with external vendors, freelancers, and agencies as needed to support project requirements and deliverables.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as other relevant design tools and software.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Strong conceptual and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders.

Salary Range : 45K to 55K
