Job Description:
Farooq Auto Care is looking for a responsible, experienced, and detail-oriented Finance Manager to manage the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should be able to handle daily financial records, cash flow, budgeting, reporting, payments, and overall financial planning for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily income, expenses, invoices, and financial records.
* Prepare monthly financial reports, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
* Monitor company budgets and control unnecessary expenses.
* Maintain proper records of customer payments, supplier payments, salaries, and operational costs.
* Work closely with management to support financial decision-making.
* Ensure all financial transactions are accurate, transparent, and properly documented.
* Manage bank records, receipts, and payment follow-ups.
* Support pricing, cost control, and profitability analysis for services.
* Maintain confidentiality of all financial and company information.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Previous experience in finance, accounting, or business management.
* Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial reporting.
* Good command of MS Excel and basic accounting software.
* Honest, organized, responsible, and detail-oriented personality.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
