Description
We are looking for experienced and results-driven Final Expense Verifiers and Closers to join our on-site BPO team. The ideal candidates will have prior experience in final expense life insurance campaigns and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. You will play a key role in verifying qualified leads and converting them into successful policy sales while maintaining compliance and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: For Final Expense Verifiers (Mid-Level): Engage with potential clients over outbound or inbound calls to verify interest and eligibility for final expense insurance plans. Confirm client details and gather necessary information to qualify leads for the sales closing team. Maintain accurate and complete records of verified leads in the CRM. Ensure compliance with company and campaign-specific scripts, guidelines, and quality standards. Coordinate with the closing team to ensure smooth lead handover. Meet daily and weekly verification targets. For Closers: Conduct final presentations with qualified prospects to close final expense insurance sales. Explain policy benefits, coverage options, and pricing clearly and effectively. Handle client objections with confidence and professionalism. Ensure all sales meet compliance, disclosure, and documentation requirements. Follow up with clients as needed to finalize the sale and ensure satisfaction. Work collaboratively with verifiers and management to optimize conversion ratios. Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Final Expense Insurance or related BPO sales campaigns (U. S. market preferred). Strong verbal communication skills with a neutral or U. S. accent. Proven ability to verify, qualify, and close insurance or financial product leads. Knowledge of insurance compliance protocols and telesales best practices. Goal-oriented, disciplined, and team-focused attitude.
